Please pay Virgin Media Payments Limited Direct Debits from the account detailed in this instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this instruction may remain with Virgin Media Payments Limited and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my bank/building society.

Note: Banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit Instructions for some types of account.

Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You can read more about this guarantee by visiting the official Direct Debit website.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Virgin Media Payments Limited will notify you 5 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

We’ll set up the Direct Debit with the information you gave us. Note that payments made with this instruction will appear on your bank statement with the description Virgin Media Pymts.

A Direct Debit confirmation notification will be sent to you within 3 working days of your account being created.

If more than one person is required to authorise debits from the account, you can still place this order online. However, you will also need to complete a paper mandate signed by all signatories and send it to us by post.

If you prefer to complete a paper Direct Debit mandate and return it by post, please download the form below and return it to: Virgin Media Business, Business Payment Centre, Dalesdale Road, Colwick, Nottingham, NG2 3GG

Please note that it will take longer to process a paper Direct Debit mandate than an online one, which we can deal with as soon as you place your order.
